Formatting APS Journal Articles :: Special Cases
Special lecture/award articles are designed to highlight annual meetings and the information presented in them and to acknowledge the efforts of individual scientists.
At proof stage, "Special Lectures/Awards" is listed in the banner line of the article.
Articles have a statement on the Title page indicating the Special Lecture/Award and what the topic is. This information is added using the «file» function in ABRA in the Toolkit.
When formatting the abstract, use the «abs» code (instead of «abs2»). At proof stage, the abstract should be centered.
